Victoria N. Mitchell

Victoria N. Mitchell is an associate in the Ridgeland office of Upshaw Williams Biggers & Beckham. She was born in San Francisco, CA and raised in Jackson, MS. She graduated from The University of Mississippi in 2014 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. In 2015, Victoria moved back to Jackson, Mississippi and earned her Juris Doctor at Mississippi College School of Law. Her practice is focused on general litigation, insurance defense, premises liability, general tort litigation, product liability, and automobile liability. Victoria is admitted to practice in Mississippi, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern District of Mississippi.
